At the highest level, this role is charged with finding growth wherever he/she can. You will be responsible for driving Sable’s marketing strategy by finding and executing new ways to attract and acquire international customers with various backgrounds arriving from all over the world.

What we're looking for

New York Based (Potentially Negotiable)

  • Own end to end cross channel marketing strategy to drive consumer growth (Web, Social, Search, Blog, Forums, Twitter, Media, Content, Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, We Chat etc.
  • Creation of brand and marketing content tailored to target audience segments and funnel stages
  • Source third party agencies as needed, and provide feedback and direction to external creative agencies and vendors
  • Exercise expertise in Sable's value prop and detailed product offerings
  • Deliver and solicit feedback to continually improve Sable brand and raise quality of our output
  • Help drive, market, and strategize Sable’s referral program
  • Collaborate with product around messaging to maintain consistency within UX, sales and support communications, while understanding who should receive marketing and how
  • Work closely with CEO to ensure strategy is in synch with BD efforts and is as efficient in achieving growth goals.
  • Drive and design A/B Testing experiments + track data to support decisions and go forward strategy
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics, customer engagement metrics, and making recommendation on improvements
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs and channel conversion rates
  • Help build out online Sable communities (“Sable Hubs”)
  • Eventually Build our marketing team and supplier ecosystem from the bottom-up
  • Support any and all Business development efforts


  • 4+ yrs consumer growth/marketing experience (preferably at an early stage digital consumer startup). (Fintech a Plus)
  • Ideally involved in driving a product’s first/ early consumer product growth marketing campaigns
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Can demonstrate ability to be “hackey” and “hustley”
